TO GET STARTED
To get started, place your lips around the mouthpiece and inhale deeply. Inhale as fast as possible so as to lift all the three balls if possible. Deep inspiration will create negative pressure in each chamber and will raise the balls. Hold breath as long as possible. Remove the mouth piece & exhale. Repeat the process. Rinse the mouth after completing the exercise to avoid infection.
HOW IT WORKS
If you only able to raise red ball for 1 second, then it means that maximum amount of air that can be drown into your lungs is 600 ML/cc. If you able to raise both red & yellow ball for 1 second, then it means that maximum amount of air that can be drown into your lungs is 900 ML/cc. If you able to raise all the 3 balls for 1 second, then it means that maximum amount of air that can be drown into your lungs is 1200 ML/cc
